Dessert Safari
On the last night in Dubai, we went on this awesome dessert safari, we first went 4 wheel driving in the dessert, it was so cool, mum was really scared, we drove all over the huge sand dunes and felt like the van was going to tip over. Then we rode camel's and had a yum as dinner at the camp in the dessert. Our guide was really cool he said he will face book us.

AT THE BIG GAME
On the day we all met at Mc Donalds, with all the other flag bearers, for Coke, Mc D's and the Sony guys. I was the only kiwi kid there (and proud to be too)
Afer b-fast we headed of to Mombela stadium and mum went off with the other parents to Chimp Eden. We mucked around in the youth camp, then we had a practice. The practice was long and serious, Fifa have really strick rules.
A few hours after about 3.30pm we headed to the tunnel for the real thing. It was quite a long wait and the build up was intense. We stood in the tunnel for about 20 mins then we were given the flag and ready to go. I could hear the scream of the crowd and the loud hum of the Vuvuzela's then I looked behind me and there they are..... Cannavaro, Nelson, Cameronasi, and was soon to be the most greatest player of the match Mark Paston.
I just wanted to run over to them and shake their hands and get a autograph, but before I knew it, it was time to go. Walking out to the pitch seeing all the fans and the huge camera crews, was one of the most amazing things Ill ever see. Ill never forget that roar of the crowd, those world class players and the feeling of standing on that feild respesenting NZ. Im so gratefull for this opportunity that Sony has given me and Ill never forget this experence.
Your not in South Africa without your vuvuzela....mum had ear plugs in by half time hahaha
